Terms &
conditions
The rules that apply when you use an Atria Mobility charge point, the Atria Mobility app or any service we provide.
Last updated: 1 August 2026
Please read this carefully. This is a sample document prepared as part of a website design. Have your legal counsel review and adapt it before publishing, particularly the liability, refund and jurisdiction clauses.
1. Who we are
"Atria Mobility", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Atria Mobility electric vehicle charging business, operating from 11, Commissariat Road, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru 560025, Karnataka, India. "You" means any person who uses our charge points, our mobile application, our website or any related service.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, scanning a charge point QR code, starting a charging session or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
If you use the service on behalf of a company or fleet, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You are responsible for keeping your registered mobile number, email address and vehicle details accurate.
- Your account, RFID card and payment credentials are personal to you. You remain responsible for sessions started using them.
- Tell us immediately if you believe your account or RFID card has been misused.
4. Using a charge point
You agree to use charge points only for charging a road-legal electric vehicle that is compatible with the connector provided, and to follow the instructions printed on the unit and shown in the app.
- Do not use a damaged connector, cable or adaptor, and do not attempt to repair, open or modify any part of a charge point.
- Park within the marked bay, and vacate it once your session ends.
- Follow site rules, parking rules and any instructions from site staff. Some hosts charge separately for parking; that is between you and the host.
- Report damage, spillage or unsafe conditions on our helpline immediately.
We may refuse or stop a session where we reasonably believe there is a safety risk, a fault, suspected fraud, or a breach of these terms.
5. Tariffs and payment
The applicable tariff is displayed in the app and on the charge point screen before a session begins. Tariffs are stated per kilowatt-hour (kWh), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and may differ by site, connector type and time of day.
- We may place a pre-authorisation hold on your payment method at the start of a session. Any unused amount is released by your bank, typically within 48 hours.
- Energy delivered is metered by the charge point. Metered readings are the basis for billing.
- Wallet balances are prepayments for charging services, carry no interest, and are not a deposit or a payment instrument.
- A tax invoice is issued for each completed session to the email address on your account.
6. Idle fees
Charge points are available on a first come, first served basis. We do not currently offer bay reservations, and no bay can be held in advance of arrival.
An idle fee may apply where a vehicle remains connected after charging has completed, so that others can use the bay. Any idle fee, its grace period and its rate are shown in the app before you start. Idle fees are waived where the delay was caused by our equipment.
7. Refunds and cancellations
- If a session fails and no energy is delivered, the amount is reversed automatically, normally within 48 hours.
- If a session is interrupted by a fault in our equipment, we refund the difference between the amount collected and the energy actually delivered.
- Energy that has been delivered is not refundable.
- Unused wallet balance may be withdrawn to your registered bank account on request. We may deduct gateway charges where these are unavoidable.
Raise refund requests through Contact us with the session ID, or call the 24×7 helpline.
8. Availability of service
We work hard to keep the network available and publish live status in the app, but we do not guarantee that any particular charge point will be available, functional or free at any given time. Sites may close for maintenance, at the host's instruction, or for reasons outside our control.
9. Your responsibilities
- Ensure your vehicle, its charging equipment and its software are in safe, working condition.
- Do not misuse the service, interfere with our systems, or attempt to obtain energy without paying.
- Do not resell energy taken from our network without a written agreement with us.
- Comply with applicable law, including traffic and parking regulations, at every site.
10. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for indirect or consequential loss including lost profit, lost time or loss of opportunity.
We are not liable for damage to a vehicle caused by a defect in that vehicle, by an incompatible or damaged adaptor, or by a third-party charge point that we do not operate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Intellectual property
The Atria Mobility name, logo, app, website, designs and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only as needed to use the service. You may not copy, adapt, reverse engineer, scrape or redistribute any part of them without our written permission.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account where there is unpaid usage, suspected fraud or misuse, a safety risk, or a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service and the law change. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have to approach a consumer forum where you reside.
